Ingredients

  • 1 large size cauliflower

  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic

  • 2 tablespoons butter

  • ¼ cup low-fat cream cheese

  • ½ teaspoon pink salt

  • 2 teaspoons chopped fresh parsley

Directions

  • Boil water in a large pan. Add cauliflower florets in the water and cook for 10 to 12 minutes. Drain the extra water.
  • In a blender add the boiled cauliflower, minced garlic, butter, cream cheese, pink salt, and chopped parsley. Make a smooth and creamy mashed cauliflower.
  • Garnish with chopped parsley.
