Ingredients
2 large boiled eggs
Lettuce
Diced boiled potatoes
Carrot (Chopped)
Baked beans
Chopped tomatoes
Mixed sweet pepper
Chopped Celery
Sardine
Spring onions
Chopped Cucumber
Salad cream
Mayonnaise
Directions
- Wash lettuce and use your hand to roughly break the lettuce into nice small chunks into a bowl
- Add tomatoes, celery chops, cucumber, carrots
- Add the diced boiled potatoes, add the mixed pepper, add some of the spring onions
- Add some sardine chunks
- Toss all the ingredients in the layers nicely.
- Garnish with sliced eggs and carefully spread a generous amount of salad cream and mayonnaise.
- Serve
