Ingredients

  • 2 large boiled eggs

  • Lettuce

  • Diced boiled potatoes

  • Carrot (Chopped)

  • Baked beans

  • Chopped tomatoes

  • Mixed sweet pepper

  • Chopped Celery

  • Sardine

  • Spring onions

  • Chopped Cucumber

  • Salad cream

  • Mayonnaise

Directions

  • Wash lettuce and use your hand to roughly break the lettuce into nice small chunks into a bowl
  • Add tomatoes, celery chops, cucumber, carrots
  • Add the diced boiled potatoes, add the mixed pepper, add some of the spring onions
  • Add some sardine chunks
  • Toss all the ingredients in the layers nicely.
  • Garnish with sliced eggs and carefully spread a generous amount of salad cream and mayonnaise.
  • Serve
