½ cup cream cheese
1 pinch sea salt
- Separate the egg whites and egg yolks. In a big bowl beat the egg whites with an electric egg biter. Make a foam-like consistency.
- In another bowl whisk together the egg yolk, sea salt, and cream cheese.
- Gently fold the egg white mixture into the egg yolk mix. Take some time and mix properly.
- Preheat the oven at 300 degrees F. Scoop the egg mix in bun size dollop and place it on a baking sheet. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes.
