  • ¼ cup almond flour

  • ¼ cup coconut flour

  • 3 eggs

  • ½ tablespoon apple cider vinegar

  • 2 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese

  • Salt to taste

  • 1 teaspoon black pepper powder

  • 1 teaspoon chopped thyme

  • Butter for brushing


  • Take a food processor. Add almond flour, coconut flour, eggs, apple cider vinegar, grated parmesan cheese, salt, black pepper powder, and thyme. Mix until smooth.
  • Brush butter on a frying pan. Add 2 tablespoons of pancake batter. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes. Flip and cook for an additional 3 minutes. Don’t forget to keep the frying pan on medium flame.
  • Do the same with the remaining batter. Serve hot
