¼ cup almond flour
¼ cup coconut flour
½ tablespoon apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese
Salt to taste
1 teaspoon black pepper powder
1 teaspoon chopped thyme
Butter for brushing
- Take a food processor. Add almond flour, coconut flour, eggs, apple cider vinegar, grated parmesan cheese, salt, black pepper powder, and thyme. Mix until smooth.
- Brush butter on a frying pan. Add 2 tablespoons of pancake batter. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes. Flip and cook for an additional 3 minutes. Don’t forget to keep the frying pan on medium flame.
- Do the same with the remaining batter. Serve hot
