1 cauliflower medium size
3 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoon finely chopped onion
1 teaspoon finely chopped ginger
1 teaspoon finely chopped garlic
Salt to taste
1 teaspoon pepper
2 teaspoon sesame oil
- Grate the cauliflower in rice size. You can use a food processor for this purpose.
- Take a big and wide frying pan. Heat butter. Add finely chopped onion, ginger, and garlic. Sauté them for two to three minutes.
- Now add the grated cauliflower along with salt, and pepper. Try to spread the cauliflower evenly on the frying pan. Cook for 10 to 15 minutes. You have to put the flame at the lowest. And you have to stir in every two minutes. Add sesame oil at the end of the cooking.
- When you feel the cauliflower rice is cooked in the right consistency, you can turn off the heat. Serve hot.
