Spicy roasted cauliflower

1 cup cauliflower florets
1 large onion sliced
1 minced garlic clove
1 teaspoon grated ginger
Salt to taste
1 teaspoon black pepper powder
1 tablespoon olive oil
Directions
- Toss the cauliflower florets with salt and pepper. Roast them in a preheated oven at 350 degrees F for 10 minutes.
- Add olive oil to a frying pan. Sauté onion, garlic, and ginger for 3 minutes. Add the roasted cauliflower and sauté for another 2 minutes. Spicy roasted cauliflower is ready to serve.
